Returns and Refund Policy

If there are defects in workmanship or the item you receive is different to the item you ordered, it can be returned for a full refund as long as the item is unused and in new condition. Exceptions to this include personalized or custom order items which cannot be returned. You have ​30​ calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. We do not pay for return shipping

Many items in our store are personalized at the customers request or made to order. Items where a proof has been approved prior to shipping are not eligible for return other than due to damage in shipping. At our discretion in that instance, we will either replace the item or issue a full refund.

In the case of items eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in new condition.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

In the case of your purchase being damaged upon receipt, provide documentary evidence of the damage with a photo of the damage. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund at our discretion.

Refunds will be processed as soon as the item is received with credit back to your original form of payment.

Depending on the card issuer policies, the refund will show in your account within a few days.


The customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the item.
